“The Expats is sensational Ethiopian singer and songwriter Wayna’s third studio album which she just recently released. The Grammy-nominated star has crossed every barrier to make her project a success. Her sound in the album reflects all of her influences and observations over the last few years.

Chimamanda Adichie Is An Inspiration, Right?

AfrocentricoIn case you haven’t caught onto the hype yet, let us introduce you the this Nigerian writer. Three books in and she has everyone talking (in a good way). Adichie’s TED talk on Feminism has become one of the most popular yet and her book “Half Of a Yellow Sun” has been made into a movie starring Thandie Newton among other stars. Pretty cool right?
