There are two ways to react to the negative portrayal of Zim in local and international media, the first is the usual social media rant and “victim” stance, the second is to tackle it head on and change things from the inside out. This year Gwanza’s annual month of photography is doing the latter with their city-wide exhibition under the alluring theme “Moonwalking “.
